Le Comit\u00e9 International (CICR) avait bien fait les choses et le convoi fut parqu\u00e9 sous la protection de dizaines d&rsquo;hommes en armes, \u00e0 l&rsquo;abri de l&rsquo;immense hall en rotonde du parc des expositions. <\/p>\n<p>A c\u00f4t\u00e9, le palais de la presse, \u00e9tait aussi gigantesque que les journaux qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait cens\u00e9 abriter \u00e9taient maigres.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">Apr\u00e8s 10 jours d&rsquo;un voyage \u00e9prouvant les 35 camions de la <\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogmoto\/files\/2012\/07\/flics_2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"386\" alt=\"Flics_2\" src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/images\/flics_2.jpg\" width=\"250\"  \/><\/a>Un boulevard, d\u00e9mesur\u00e9 lui aussi et quasi exempt de v\u00e9hicules, conduisait \u00e0 la r\u00e9plique \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle 1\/2 de l&rsquo;arc de triomphe parisien. Une des raison pour lesquelles Bucarest est surnomm\u00e9e &quot; le petit Paris &quot;. H\u00e9berg\u00e9s dans un grand h\u00f4tel sentant le mauvais tabac, le mauvais alcool et les mauvais trafics, nous p\u00fbmes cependant nous laver et nous restaurer d&rsquo;abondante fa\u00e7on. Des filles douteuses proposaient discr\u00e8tement &quot; certains services &quot; en se pr\u00e9tendant toutes championnes de gymnastique. Le &quot; syndrome Nadia Camanecci &quot; peut-\u00eatre ? Ambiance glauque \u00e0 tous les \u00e9tages, sauf au dernier o\u00f9 le CICR avait install\u00e9 son quartier g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et sur le toit o\u00f9 il avait fix\u00e9 une for\u00eat d&rsquo;antennes radio ondes courtes nous reliant \u00e0 la France et \u00e0 la Suisse (on ne sait jamais !) <\/p>\n<p>Le soir, je fis une petite balade en ville, place de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9, haut lieux des \u00e9v\u00e8nements qui avaient laiss\u00e9s quelques ruines encore fumantes. Un groupe d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiants manifestaient, pressentant que leur &quot; r\u00e9volution &quot; pouvait leur \u00e9chapper. Je me risquais \u00e0 prendre en photo une charge de flics et je me fis copieusement matraquer !
