Le Groupe <strong>UniCredit<\/strong> accordant sa confiance \u00e0 ce nouveau montage, c&rsquo;est une augmentation de capital de <strong>80 millions<\/strong> d&rsquo;euros qui va \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e alors qu&rsquo;une ligne de cr\u00e9dit de <strong>35 millions<\/strong> d&rsquo;euros sur <strong>cinq ans<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DUCATI<\/strong> redevient donc, r\u00e9ellement cette fois, une marque italienne.
