Le casque appara\u00eet pour la premi\u00e8re fois avec son design definitif. Un nettoyage minutieux des bordures est effectu\u00e9 avec du papier collant pour \u00e9liminer les impuret\u00e9s et les surplus de peinture. Une premiere couche de vernis brillant (le plus costaud) va alors servir de sauvegarde du travail avant d\u2019attaquer les effets 3D ou de reflet qui vont finir le design.<br \/>Le casque part dans une cabine appropri\u00e9e et ventil\u00e9e pour une premiere couche de vernis qui va s\u00e9cher en 24h. Une fois sec, on va proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un premier poncage du vernis avec du papier 800 \u00e0 l\u2019eau ce qui va permettre d\u2019enlever les \u00e9paisseurs de teinte sans \u00eatre pour autant trop abrasif (attention \u00e0 ne pas percer le vernis si vous \u00eates encore persuad\u00e9 de pouvoir effectuer le travail vous m\u00eame)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/photos\/uncategorized\/casque_face.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"352\" alt=\"Casque_face\" src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogauto.com\/images\/casque_face.jpg\" width=\"470\"  \/><\/a>C\u2019est le moment d\u2019attaquer les effets speciaux (3D, d\u00e9grad\u00e9s, ombrages). Peu dans notre exemple \u00e0 part l\u2019effet d\u2019ombre qui donne l\u2019impression que la partie avant est sur\u00e9lev\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 la partie arri\u00e8re du casque. La partie gauche est donc masqu\u00e9e pour permettre \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9rographe de cr\u00e9er cette impression d\u2019ombre en noir dilu\u00e9 quasiment transparent.<br \/>Apr\u00e8s verification compl\u00e8te et retouches ad\u00e9quates, le casque repart en cabine pour la couche de vernis final, qui selon le choix du client sera soit brillant, soit satin\u00e9, soit mat. Mon choix initial de vernis satin\u00e9 s\u2019est finalement port\u00e9 sur un vernis brillant sur les conseils de Jorge, pour faire vibrer les couleurs et limiter l&rsquo;entretien (pas de trace de doigt compar\u00e9 aux deux autres solutions)<\/p>\n<p>24h plus tard, le casque est sec et est remont\u00e9 avec sa visserie, visiere et joints\u2026Les Alonso et Schumi du terroir n&rsquo;ont qu&rsquo;a bien se tenir, me voici fin pr\u00eat&#8230;<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogmoto\/files\/2012\/07\/casque_profil.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"357\" alt=\"Casque_profil\" src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogauto.com\/images\/casque_profil.jpg\" width=\"470\"  \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Pour information, une peinture de ce genre va chercher dans les 500\u20ac HTavec ce genre de configuration.
