Ce ponsage est manuel et est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9liminer la couche de vernis d\u2019origine.30 mns avec du papier de grain 400 (\u00e0 sec), plus le grain est haut et plus le pon\u00e7age est fin\u2026 du 150 est n\u00e9cessaire pour enlever tout ce qui est stickers. <br \/><\/span><span>Le casque est donc maintenant banc mat. <\/span><span>On passe \u00e0 la phase informatique ou tous les logos\/dessins sont vectoris\u00e9s. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/photos\/uncategorized\/preparation_casque_4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"257\" alt=\"Preparation_casque_4\" src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogauto.com\/images\/preparation_casque_4.jpg\" width=\"470\"  \/><\/a> Les logos sont pris avec illustrator et pr\u00eats \u00e0 la d\u00e9coupe num\u00e9rique. L\u2019imprimante une <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gpsven.com.ve\/images3\/cm500%20Usada.jpg\">Roland Camm1<\/a> (materiel professionnel) va cr\u00e9er des pochoirs autocollants pr\u00eat<span>&nbsp; <\/span>\u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9pot\u00e9s (on enl\u00e8ve le positif pour obtenir le pochoir qui sera coll\u00e9 sur le casque, pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre peint, ou bien le contraire selon que la couleur de fond du casque soit mise en premier ou en dernier.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/photos\/uncategorized\/preparation_casque_2_1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"177\" alt=\"Preparation_casque_2_1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogauto.com\/images\/preparation_casque_2_1.jpg\" width=\"470\"  \/><\/a> En fonction des \u00e9lements graphiques du projet seront parametr\u00e9s sur le casque tous les stickers ainsi que toutes les courbes voulues en utulisant du Fine Line de chez 3M qui permetra de d\u00e9limiter les contours de la d\u00e9co ou de cr\u00e9er des liserets sur couleur de fond.Nous entrons ici dans la partie vraiment artistique du travail ou le coup de main fera la difference entre un design pataud et un design aux lignes tendues\u2026 autrement dit \u00e0 moins d\u2019avoir de veritables aptitudes artistiques et le materiel ad\u00e9quat, oubliez la version maison, vous allez d\u00e9penser de l\u2019argent en mat\u00e9riel pour rien et massacrer votre casque, sans parler des collibets dans le paddock.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Attention aussi au coup d\u2019\u0153il si votre casque est cens\u00e9 \u00eatre sym\u00e9trique de chaque cot\u00e9, vous risquez de vous ronger les ongles jusqu\u2019au sang \u00e0 chaque fois que ce d\u00e9tail infime mais particulierement aga\u00e7ant viendra vous gacher la journ\u00e9e\u2026 vous l\u2019aurez compris, il s\u2019agit bien d\u2019un travail de professionnel. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Une fois la d\u00e9co pr\u00eate on rentre dans la phase d\u2019application de teinte, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de la plus claire \u00e0 la plus fonc\u00e9e en sachant que le passage des couleurs dans l\u2019ordre invers\u00e9 peut engendrer la gal\u00e8re, m\u00eamepour le professionnel averti. Exception faite pour le chrome et la pailette qui seront appos\u00e9s en premier. Le travail s\u2019effectue couleur par couleur en alternant cache protecteur des couleurs appos\u00e9es et pochoirs des couleurs\u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Une fois toutes les teintes appos\u00e9es, on passe \u00e0 la phase de d\u00e9cachage des teintes et \u00e0 l\u2019enl\u00e8vement des fine line qui vont determiner les liserets entre les couleurs.
