Remont\u00e9e entre les files, avec prudence, les automobilistes sont plut\u00f4t bien lun\u00e9s ce matin, tout va bien, il ne fait pas trop froid. Quelques dizaines de m\u00e8tres plus loin, un gyro &#8230; Puis deux, mont\u00e9s sur le toit de 607 noires. Devant, deux motards de la gendarmerie. Il s&rsquo;agit manifestement d&rsquo;un convoi sous surveillance, avec sans doute un colis pr\u00e9cieux \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. <\/p>\n<p>Le trafic se fluidifie, et le monospace qui me pr\u00e9c\u00e8de commence \u00e0 s&rsquo;impatienter en constatant que les 607 n&rsquo;ont pas du tout acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9, tout en roulant au milieu des deux voies de gauche, emp\u00eachant ainsi tout d\u00e9passement. Le conducteur du monospace, d&rsquo;un naturel joueur (j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 test\u00e9, \u00e7a ne marche pas &#8230;), d\u00e9cide de tenter sa chance en l\u00e2chant tous les chevaux de son propulseur \u00e0 mazout. Il arrive&nbsp; presque \u00e0 hauteur de la derni\u00e8re 607, tentant de passer entre elle et le muret central, lorsque celle-ci lui ferme brutalement la porte, tel un Schumacher mal lun\u00e9. <img decoding=\"async\"  src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogmoto\/files\/2012\/07\/convoi.jpg\" alt=\"Convoi\" style=\"margin: 0px 5px 5px 0px;float: left\" \/>Deuxi\u00e8me tentative, par la droite cette fois-ci (il est vraiment tr\u00e8s joueur, ou tr\u00e8s press\u00e9 &#8230; ou les deux). M\u00eame sanction, et cette fois une vitre descend, un doigt vengeur se tend vers lui et lui intime de rester \u00e0 distance.<br \/>Bien, soit. <br \/>J&rsquo;en viens \u00e0 ma question, dans un billet qui je le reconnais ne parle pas beaucoup de moto, mais est susceptible de tous nous concerner : le code de la route nous impose certes de faciliter autant que possible le passage des v\u00e9hicules prioritaires, et j&rsquo;imagine que ce genre de convoi en fait partie. Mais le code autorise-t-il pour autant ces m\u00eames v\u00e9hicules prioritaires \u00e0 g\u00eaner la circulation, sans motif s\u00e9rieux ?<br \/>Le conducteur du monospace aurait-il pu \u00eatre verbalis\u00e9 s&rsquo;il avait men\u00e9 \u00e0 bien sa premi\u00e8re tentative de d\u00e9passement ?
