Rappelons que Randy est actuellement 7\u00e8me au classement du championnat du monde 250 cm3 sur une Aprilia et que son avenir semble tr\u00e8s prometteur. Seulement pr\u00e9sent depuis 4 ans en MotoGP et actuellement au 4\u00e8me rang du championnat constructeur, Kawasaki veut miser sur les jeunes talents pour acqu\u00e9rir, ou plut\u00f4t conqu\u00e9rir, son premier titre en MotoGP. Bien \u00e9videmment, Randy est particuli\u00e8rement content : \u00ab<em>Passer en MotoGP avec Kawasaki repr\u00e9sente une opportunit\u00e9 fantastique : c\u2019est un r\u00eave qui prend forme. Je sais que ce ne sera pas facile, car une machine de MotoGP n\u2019a rien \u00e0 voir avec les 250 cm3 2-temps auxquelles je suis habitu\u00e9 \u2013 c\u2019est un challenge de taille, mais que je suis pr\u00eat \u00e0 relever ! Travailler avec un team de ce calibre sera un plus lors de cette premi\u00e8re saison en MotoGP. Evidemment, il faudra attendre les essais de Valence afin de mieux cerner mes possibilit\u00e9s dans cette cat\u00e9gorie et se fixer des objectifs.
