Les poutres principales, la potence de direction en aluminium forg\u00e9e ainsi que les berceaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9s afin d&rsquo;optimiser la rigidit\u00e9. Les platines supports de bras oscillant plus grandes et les poutres principales plus fines permettent d&rsquo;obtenir un cadre \u00e9troit pour un meilleur confort et une meilleure manoeuvrabilit\u00e9.<br \/> &#8211; L&rsquo;architecture en simple berceau d\u00e9doubl\u00e9 fait appel \u00e0 un tube central de grand diam\u00e8tre. Deux berceaux fix\u00e9s \u00e0 la base de ce tube supportent le moteur. Une colonne de direction en aluminium forg\u00e9 constitue un point d&rsquo;attache compact et r\u00e9sistant pour le tube inf\u00e9rieur et les poutres du cadre.<br \/> &#8211; La forme du cadre aluminium a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue de mani\u00e8re ergonomique afin de privil\u00e9gier la ma\u00eetrise de l&rsquo;ensemble par le pilote.<br \/> &#8211; Le bras oscillant de type CR adopte une double courbure avec une partie centrale en aluminium moul\u00e9.<br \/> &#8211; Les roues avant et arri\u00e8re disposent de rayons aluminium similaires aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments utilis\u00e9s sur les machines d&rsquo;usine afin de r\u00e9duire le poids non suspendu.<br \/> &#8211; La roue avant re\u00e7oit un axe de grand diam\u00e8tre et des roulements \u00e0 large port\u00e9e afin d&rsquo;ajouter \u00e0 la rigidit\u00e9.<br \/> &#8211; L&rsquo;axe de roue arri\u00e8re de 25 mm et les larges roulements offrent une rigidit\u00e9 et une r\u00e9sistance optimales sur les pistes difficiles et tortueuses.<br \/> &#8211; La fourche invers\u00e9e \u00e0 cartouche Showa de \u00f8 47 mm avec double chambre et amortisseur aluminium autorise un d\u00e9battement de 315 mm. Elle est r\u00e9glable en amortissement et en d\u00e9tente (16 crans). La surface interne des fourreaux re\u00e7oit un traitement similaire \u00e0 celui des motos d&rsquo;usine pour limiter les frottements.<br \/> &#8211; La suspension arri\u00e8re Pro-Link dispose d&rsquo;un monoamortisseur Showa permettant 315 mm de d\u00e9battement. Il est r\u00e9glable en pr\u00e9contrainte, en compression basses vitesses (13 positions) et hautes vitesses (3,5 tours) alors que la d\u00e9tente est r\u00e9glable en 17 positions.<br \/> &#8211; Le diam\u00e8tre du piston d&rsquo;amortisseur arri\u00e8re est de 50 mm afin de garantir la constance des performances dans les pires conditions.<br \/> &#8211; Les disques avant et arri\u00e8re ont un diam\u00e8tre de 240 mm.<br \/> &#8211; Tr\u00e8s compact, l&rsquo;\u00e9trier \u00e0 double piston aluminium anodis\u00e9s et le disque ajour\u00e9 r\u00e9duisent le poids non suspendu pour de meilleures qualit\u00e9s de maniabilit\u00e9.<br \/> &#8211; Similaire \u00e0 celui des machines officielles, le syst\u00e8me de freinage arri\u00e8re associe le ma\u00eetre-cylindre et le r\u00e9servoir de liquide, \u00e9liminant le besoin d&rsquo;un bocal ind\u00e9pendant et de Durits.<br \/> Caract\u00e9ristiques suppl\u00e9mentaires :<br \/> &#8211; Tous les \u00e9lements d\u2019habillages plastique (flanc de radiateurs, caches lat\u00e9raux, garde-boue, selle et r\u00e9servoir) pr\u00e9sentent un dessin dynamique et affichent un poids limit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Le dessin de cadre permet aux caches lat\u00e9raux de pr\u00e9senter des prises d\u2019air plus larges qui augmentent de mani\u00e8re significative la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019air admise \u00e0 bas et haut r\u00e9gimes.<br \/> &#8211; L\u2019ergonomie a \u00e9t\u00e9 optimis\u00e9e en accordant pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la hauteur du guidon, de la selle et des repose-pieds \u00e0 la partie la plus \u00e9troite du cadre. Le confort de pilotage et le contr\u00f4le de la moto en sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9s.<br \/> &#8211; La selle \u00e9pouse la forme du r\u00e9servoir sans d\u00e9crochements, augmentant la mobilit\u00e9 et le  confort du pilote.  <br \/> &#8211; La housse de selle \u00e0 rev\u00eatement antid\u00e9rapant favorise le contr\u00f4le de la moto. <br \/> &#8211; La p\u00e9dale de frein arri\u00e8re repliable et le s\u00e9lecteur sont fabriqu\u00e9s en aluminium et  dessin\u00e9s pour correspondre parfaitement \u00e0 la position de conduite. La p\u00e9dale de frein  voit son rapport de d\u00e9multiplication adapt\u00e9 aux caract\u00e9ristiques du ma\u00eetre-cylindre  arri\u00e8re. <br \/> &#8211; Les larges repose-pieds en acier inox sont de type \u201cautonettoyant\u201d.
