Tout d\u2019abord, il \u00e9tait impossible de monter la ZZR 1400 puisque le seul mod\u00e8le disponible \u00e9tait sur pr\u00e9sentoir tournant, donc je ne peux pas vous confirmer si la position de conduite est plut\u00f4t typ\u00e9e sport, GT ou sport\/GT. Le constructeur parle d\u2019une position sport\/GT relax\u00e9e mais \u00e0 observer l\u2019imposant r\u00e9servoir je reste sceptique. La ZZR 1400 en impose consid\u00e9rablement par son design : projecteurs et prise d\u2019air forc\u00e9 de la t\u00eate de fourche ; mais elle en impose aussi par ses dimensions, non communiqu\u00e9es, qui me paraissent sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 son ennemie jur\u00e9e <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/2005\/06\/suzuki_gsxr_130.html\">l\u2019Hayabusa<\/a>. La ZZR 1400 est un pachyderme qui sera difficilement pilotable par les petits gabarits et demandera beaucoup d\u2019exp\u00e9rience pour l\u2019emmener aux limites. D\u2019ailleurs, dans le contexte actuel de r\u00e9pression et d\u2019inflation de l\u2019essence, on peut se demander si cette nouvelle n\u00e9e de chez Kawasaki a bien sa place chez nous. N\u00e9anmoins, elle conna\u00eetra un succ\u00e8s d\u2019estime aupr\u00e8s de quelques aficionados drogu\u00e9s \u00e0 la vitesse qui ont fait le tour de l\u2019Hayabusa et ses 175 ch. En effet, les 192 ch pour 252 kg \u00e0 vide s\u2019annoncent comme un programme palpitant, d\u2019autant qu\u2019avec un couple de 98 Nm d\u00e8s 2 000 tr\/mn (couple maxi non communiqu\u00e9) le pilote devrait ressentir de fortes sensations m\u00eame en 1\u00e8re et en 2nd. Attention aux exc\u00e8s de vitesse, car comme sa concurrente, la Kawasaki ZZR 1400 sera un pi\u00e8ge \u00e0 permis. Cette moto fera aussi certainement l\u2019objet de nombreux contr\u00f4les techniques \u2018inopportuns\u2019 visant \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier si la bride r\u00e9glementaire de 100 ch n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 enlev\u00e9e puisque cette pratique est fr\u00e9quente sur ce type d\u2019engin. En conclusion, la ZZR 1400, ou ZX-14 R aux USA, est une moto passion \u00e0 r\u00e9server aux initi\u00e9s ayant pratiqu\u00e9 au moins 20 ans de motos sportives, car comme toutes bonnes choses elle peut conduire \u00e0 l\u2019exc\u00e8s.
