Par contre, le coffre sous la selle ne peut accueillir qu\u2019un seul casque et quelques bricoles. <br \/> C\u00f4t\u00e9 ch\u00e2ssis, le Yamaha Majesty est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de puissants freins \u00e0 disque : un disque avant de grand diam\u00e8tre (245 mm) associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un disque arri\u00e8re de 220 mm. De plus, en outre, il est pourvu de durit type aviation pour des arr\u00eats en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 quelque soient les conditions.<br \/> Le moteur, quant \u00e0 lui, est particuli\u00e8rement performant. Le mono cylindre de 124 cm3, 4 temps, refroidi par eau, 1 ACT, 2 soup.\/cyl  a \u00e9t\u00e9 en effet retravaill\u00e9 par les ing\u00e9nieurs de Yamaha afin de fournir plus de puissance \u00e0 tous les r\u00e9gimes. Avec 11,4 chevaux, le Majesty est capable d&rsquo;atteindre une vitesse d&rsquo;environ 115 Km\/h.<br \/> Id\u00e9al en parcourt urbain, le scooter est maniable malgr\u00e9 ses 134 kg \u00e0 sec. Spacieux, confortable en suspensions m\u00eame \u00e0 deux, il se laisse mener sereinement sur les boulevards, pourvu qu&rsquo;on manifeste un go\u00fbt certain pour l&rsquo;anticipation. Peu v\u00e9loce au d\u00e9part du feu, le Majesty a parfois bien du mal \u00e0 ne pas rester englu\u00e9 quelques dizaines de m\u00e8tres dans le flot des voitures. Gr\u00e2ce a son freinage, le Majesty reste tr\u00e8s performant en cas d\u2019arr\u00eat d\u2019urgence.
