Elle conserve donc son fabuleux 4 cylindres 4 temps de 998.6 cm3 \u00e0 4 soupapes par cylindre qui d\u00e9veloppe 178 ch \u00e0 11 000 tr\/mn avec un couple de 118 Nm \u00e0 9 000 tr\/mn.<br \/> En revanche, la partie-cycle \u00e9volue tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement puisque l\u2019angle de chasse passe de 23,8\u00b0 en 2005 \u00e0 23,45\u00b0 en 2006, ce qui ne change vraiment rien.<br \/> Pour les personnes peu observatrices, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/2005\/06\/suzuki_gsxr_100.html\">la GSX-R 1000 2005<\/a> se reconna\u00eet facilement des pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations gr\u00e2ce au Suzuki Advanced Exhaust System (SAES) qui est, comme son nom l\u2019indique, un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement avanc\u00e9 Suzuki qui consiste en un silencieux tout en titane positionn\u00e9 au plus pr\u00e8s du centre de la moto et dessin\u00e9 pour r\u00e9duire la tra\u00een\u00e9e a\u00e9rodynamique tout en augmentant l\u2019angle d\u2019inclinaison dans les virages.<br \/> Enfin, le mod\u00e8le 2006 pourra \u00eatre d\u00e9masqu\u00e9 si celui-ci est de couleur rouge, puisqu\u2019une nouvelle teinte est d\u00e9sormais disponible : rouge\/noir en plus de la bleu\/blanc et noir\/gris.
