Tel pourrait \u00eatre la d\u00e9marche ayant donn\u00e9e naissance \u00e0 la Road King 1450 FLHRI qui, comme son nom l\u2019indique, est la \u2018reine des routes\u2019.<br \/>Comme l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/2005\/08\/harleydavidson__12.html\">Electra Glide<\/a> dont elle est tr\u00e8s proche, la Road King est \u00e9quip\u00e9e du Twin Cam 88 qui est un bicylindre en V 4 temps culbut\u00e9 refroidi par air \u00e0 2 soupapes par cylindre de 1449 cm3, il d\u00e9veloppe ici 68 ch \u00e0 5 500 tr\/mn avec un couple de 109 Nm \u00e0 3 400 tr\/mn. Ce moteur offre de bien belles prestations routi\u00e8res \u00e0 la Road King, n\u2019entendez pas par l\u00e0 des performances exceptionnelles mais juste assez pour profiter de la route et du paysage. Il est fort regrettable que la bo\u00eete de vitesse \u00e0 5 rapports date d\u2019un autre temps\u2026<br \/>La partie-cycle est compos\u00e9e comme il se doit d\u2019un cadre tubulaire en acier \u00e0 double berceau, d\u2019une fourche avant t\u00e9l\u00e9hydraulique, d\u2019une suspension arri\u00e8re \u00e0 deux combin\u00e9s, d\u2019un frein avant 2 disques de 292 mm avec \u00e9triers \u00e0 1 piston et d\u2019un frein arri\u00e8re \u00e0 disque de 292 mm avec \u00e9trier \u00e0 1 piston.<br \/>Le syst\u00e8me de freinage, comme sur toutes les Harley non \u00e9quip\u00e9es de freins Brembo, est vraiment le point noir de la b\u00e9cane puisque, ici, il a beaucoup de peine \u00e0 stopper les 329 kg \u00e0 sec qu\u2019affiche la grosse reine des routes.<\/p>\n<p>Mais la Road King se fait vite pardonner avec ses attributs de cruiser : r\u00e9servoir de 19 l, marchepieds d\u2019op\u00e9rateur avec s\u00e9lecteur talon\/pointe, pare-brise \u00e0 d\u00e9montage rapide, sacoches arri\u00e8res en fibre de verre couleur carrosserie \u00e0 verrouillage par clef, guidon type Buffalo, si\u00e8ge personnalis\u00e9 2 pi\u00e8ces avec si\u00e8ge du passager amovible et pneus \u00e9troit \u00e0 flancs blancs. Tous ces raffinements font oublier les petits d\u00e9fauts de la b\u00e9cane, et si en plus on ajoute le plaisir offert par la sonorit\u00e9 du Twin et le relatif dynamisme engendr\u00e9 par la partie-cycle, la reine retrouve finalement sa couronne.<br \/>Cependant, la Road King fait cher payer ses ind\u00e9niables qualit\u00e9s puisqu\u2019il vous faudra 21 000 \u20ac minimum pour vous assurer ses services routiers.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/.shared\/image.html?\/photos\/uncategorized\/flhr_2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"470\" height=\"298\"  alt=\"Flhr_2\" src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/images\/flhr_2.jpg\" style=\"margin: 0px 5px 5px 0px;float: left\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dans la famille Harley-Davidson, je voudrai un \u2018cruiser\u2019 !
