Celui-ci s\u2019en est pris aux motards par le biais du d\u00e9bridage : \u00ab <em>Le d\u00e9bridage quasi-syst\u00e9matique des cyclomoteurs et d\u2019une grande partie des motos de forte cylindr\u00e9e contribue \u00e0 la dangerosit\u00e9 particuli\u00e8re de ces modes de transport<\/em> \u00bb.<br \/>Pour se faire, 2 actions sont pr\u00e9vues : d\u2019une part tout revendeur commercialisant un 2 roues \u00e0 moteur d\u00e9brid\u00e9 ou d\u2019un mat\u00e9riel de d\u00e9bridage sera passible de 2 ans d\u2019emprisonnement, de 30 000 \u20ac d\u2019amende et d\u2019une interdiction d\u2019exercer son activit\u00e9 pendant une p\u00e9riode donn\u00e9e ou d\u00e9finitive. D\u2019autre part, le propri\u00e9taire du 2 roues se verra confisquer son v\u00e9hicule et son permis, perdre 4 points et aura une amende. Autant le dire tout suite, que cette annonce est une pure aberration car, pour l\u2019heure, aucun rapport ou aucune enqu\u00eate minist\u00e9rielle n\u2019a conclu \u00e0 la dangerosit\u00e9 des 2 roues d\u00e9brid\u00e9s par rapports aux autres v\u00e9hicules de la voie publique. Les autres pays europ\u00e9ens n\u2019ont pas pris une telle mesure et n\u2019appliquent pas non plus le bridage l\u00e9gal de tous 2 roues \u00e0 100 ch maximum. L\u00e0 non plus, aucun gain en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9.<br \/>Enfin, derri\u00e8re tout ce matraquage politicien qui tient plus d\u2019une communication douteuse que d\u2019un r\u00e9el engagement politique dans la lutte contre l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, on se demande bien comment les forces de l\u2019ordre vont faire pour savoir si un d\u00e9bridage a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur un v\u00e9hicule. En effet, authentifier un contrevenant ne repr\u00e9sente pas une mince affaire car pour cela il faut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du mat\u00e9riel de mesure ad\u00e9quat, ce qui risque de co\u00fbter tr\u00e8s cher pour au final peu de r\u00e9sultat.
