La version \u00ab\u00a0R\u00a0\u00bb dispose du tr\u00e8s avanc\u00e9 moteur Testastretta, enti\u00e8rement redessin\u00e9. Le r\u00e9sultat est un moteur de 150 CV en version piste, la puissance moteur la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e produite par Ducati.<\/em> \u00bb  <br \/> Cela me donne des frissons ! Et il y a de quoi car le bicylindre en V \u00e0 90\u00b0 \u00e0 4 soupapes par cylindre de 999 cm3 produit effectivement 150 ch \u00e0 9 750 tr\/mn, soit 11 ch de plus que l\u2019ancienne version, avec un couple de 117 Nm !!! C\u00f4t\u00e9 partie-cycle, les ing\u00e9nieurs Ducati ont fait appel \u00e0 \u00d6hlins pour la fourche avant t\u00e9l\u00e9hydraulique invers\u00e9e de 43 mm et la suspension arri\u00e8re monoamortisseur, tandis que pour le frein avant 2 disques de 320 mm avec \u00e9triers \u00e0 4 pistons et le frein arri\u00e8re \u00e0 disque de 240 mm avec \u00e9trier 2 pistons sont sign\u00e9s Brembo. Avec un poids \u00e0 sec de 181 kg, la 999 R s\u2019autorise le tutoiement des 300 km\/h en vitesse de pointe !<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/.shared\/image.html?\/photos\/uncategorized\/2_1024.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"2_1024\" src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/images\/2_1024.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"187\"  style=\"float: left;margin: 0px 5px 5px 0px\" \/><\/a> D\u2019un point de vue esth\u00e9tique, il y a peu de changement pour le mill\u00e9sime 2005, puisque seules la bulle l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus haute et la disparition des 2 prises d\u2019air lat\u00e9rales hautes de la partie avant sont \u00e0 noter. Pour le reste, c\u2019est toujours du grand art avec un car\u00e9nage enti\u00e8rement en carbone, des jantes forg\u00e9es en aluminium et une nouvelle selle ajustable selon 3 positions pour un plus grand confort.
