{"id":2534,"date":"2005-06-11T22:47:44","date_gmt":"2005-06-11T22:47:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogmoto\/2005\/06\/11\/circulation-ent\/"},"modified":"2012-07-11T13:35:21","modified_gmt":"2012-07-11T13:35:21","slug":"circulation-ent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogmoto\/2005\/06\/11\/circulation-ent\/","title":{"rendered":"Circulation entre les files : r\u00e9pression accrue ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogmoto\/files\/2012\/07\/ffmc1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"91\"  src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogmoto\/files\/2012\/07\/ffmc.jpg\" alt=\"Ffmc\" style=\"margin: 0px 5px 5px 0px;float: left\" \/><\/a>&#8211;Communiqu\u00e9 de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ffmc.asso.fr\/\">F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Fran\u00e7aise des Motards<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ffmc.asso.fr\/\"> en Col\u00e8re<\/a> du 8 juin 2005&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>La FFMC veut tenter de trouver une mani\u00e8re de r\u00e9glementer la pratique de la remont\u00e9e de files par les deux roues \u00e0 moteur. <br \/>Depuis quelques mois, la FFMC participe \u00e0 des discussions \u00e0 la DSCR (Direction de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de la Circulation Routi\u00e8re) avec d&rsquo;autres repr\u00e9sentants d&rsquo;associations motocyclistes, des forces de l&rsquo;ordre, des formateurs, etc&#8230; pour tenter de trouver une mani\u00e8re de r\u00e9glementer la pratique de la remont\u00e9e de files par les deux roues \u00e0 moteur, couramment r\u00e9pandue dans les grandes agglom\u00e9rations en situation de circulation embouteill\u00e9e.<br \/>Comme c&rsquo;est le cas aux Pays Bas, ou en Belgique (voir notamment le site de l&rsquo;IBSR &#8211; Institut Belge pour la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Routi\u00e8re &#8211; www.ibsr.be), la FFMC souhaite aboutir \u00e0 une reconnaissance de cet usage afin qu&rsquo;une bonne pratique des motards et des automobilistes puisse \u00eatre enseign\u00e9e par les \u00e9tablissements de formation et parvenir, ainsi, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;ensemble des usagers. Elle propose notamment de d\u00e9finir un diff\u00e9rentiel maximal de vitesse, d&rsquo;expliciter la mani\u00e8re dont la circulation entre les files peut s&rsquo;effectuer (entre les deux files les plus \u00e0 gauche), et de communiquer autour de conseils de prudence \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires (usage des clignotants, r\u00e9troviseurs, etc\u2026).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/.shared\/image.html?\/photos\/uncategorized\/ffmc_2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"187\"  src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogmoto\/files\/2012\/07\/ffmc_2.jpg\" alt=\"Ffmc_2\" style=\"margin: 0px 5px 5px 0px;float: left\" \/><\/a>Au lieu de cette approche de bon sens, c&rsquo;est apparemment la voie de la r\u00e9pression, sans discernement, mais fortement m\u00e9diatis\u00e9e qui s&rsquo;abat d\u00e9sormais sur les deux roues \u00e0 moteur qui remontent les files embouteill\u00e9es sur les autoroutes franciliennes.<br \/> Mercredi 8 juin 2005, autoroute A4, 7h30 : plusieurs groupes de dizaines de motards qui remontent les files se font verbaliser pour d\u00e9passement par la droite (article 414-6) du code de la route. Remettant en cause des ann\u00e9es de tol\u00e9rance de fait, la compagnie de CRS pr\u00e9cise que ces op\u00e9rations se renouvelleront d\u00e9sormais tous les jours. Les cam\u00e9ras de TF1 et des journalistes du Parisien \u00e9taient l\u00e0 pour m\u00e9diatiser la chasse aux motards.<br \/> La FFMC d\u00e9nonce cet \u00e9tat de fait. Elle estime que l&rsquo;usage des remont\u00e9es de file, lorsqu&rsquo;il se pratique \u00e0 des vitesses adapt\u00e9es (diff\u00e9rentiel de vitesse de 20-30 km\/h maximum), dans le respect mutuel entre usagers de la route, et sur la base de r\u00e8gles de bon sens contribue a la fluidification du trafic. Elle a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un ensemble coh\u00e9rent de propositions pour am\u00e9liorer la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Routi\u00e8re des usagers de deux roues \u00e0 moteur et s&rsquo;oppose \u00e0 cette r\u00e9pression aveugle.
