Et si vous souhaitez \u00eatre encore capable de vous regarder dans le miroir le matin sans \u00e9clater en sanglots, le casque int\u00e9gral est un incontournable.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019ailleurs, pour le reste du corps, ce n\u2019est pas compliqu\u00e9, prot\u00e9geons les endroits o\u00f9 les os sont pr\u00e8s de la peau comme les mains, les coudes, les \u00e9paules, les hanches, les genoux et les pieds, surtout les chevilles. Non seulement ces endroits sont plus expos\u00e9s, mais ils prennent plus longtemps \u00e0 gu\u00e9rir, car la peau y est plus mince.<\/p>\n<p>Les meilleures bottes sont celles qui sont le plus inconfortables pour marcher. Mais pas besoin de ces extr\u00eames pour bien se prot\u00e9ger. De bonnes chaussures hautes de randonn\u00e9e, qui prot\u00e8ge donc les chevilles et qui sont munies d\u2019une semelle dure raisonnablement sculpt\u00e9e feront tr\u00e8s bien l\u2019affaire. Tant qu\u2019\u00e0 y \u00eatre, les prendre aussi imperm\u00e9able, et un produit comme le Gortex est int\u00e9ressant puisqu\u2019en plus, il permet au pied de respirer.<\/p>\n<p>Cuir ou synth\u00e9tique pour la veste, voil\u00e0 bien la question! Il y a les pour et les contre pour chaque option, mais qu\u2019importe son inclination, s\u2019assurer d\u2019une protection pour les coudes, les \u00e9paules et le dos. V\u00e9rifier \u00e9galement le mode de fermeture aux poignets et \u00e0 la taille. On ne veut surtout pas que notre veste nous remonte sous les bras alors qu\u2019on glisse sur la chauss\u00e9e, laissant le T-shirt comme seule protection contre l\u2019abrasion.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame chose pour le pantalon, le jeans \u00e9tant un choix de pr\u00e9dilection pour plusieurs. Mais les jeans ne naissent pas tous \u00e9gaux, certains r\u00e9sistants mieux que d\u2019autres \u00e0 cette fameuse abrasion. Et on ne veut surtout pas que le tissu fonde sous la chaleur g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par le frottement.
