Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas sa t\u00eate de fourche fa\u00e7on dro\u00efde, que n&rsquo;aurait pas reni\u00e9 un designer en mal d&rsquo;inspiration, qui lui vaut sa place sur Le Blog Moto. Ni sa partie cycle originale pour un v\u00e9hicule de cette cylindr\u00e9e, avec une monofourche, un monobras ainsi que des jantes \u00e9toil\u00e9e \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d&rsquo;une MV Agusta F4. Ni pour sa transformation cosm\u00e9tique sur une base de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yamaha-motor.fr\/produits\/motos\/\">Yamaha<\/a> XT 500. Ou pour cette roue de secours qui doit \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;une chute faire aussi office de protection pour le bloc moteur. Non, rien de tout cela. C&rsquo;est parce que la Greenfly est anim\u00e9e par un moteur s&rsquo;abreuvant au GPL qu&rsquo;elle se retrouve dans nos colonnes num\u00e9riques. GPL, l&rsquo;acronyme de Gaz de P\u00e9trole Liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9. Un carburant qui a mauvaise presse chez nous, ou dont notre inconscient nous dit de nous m\u00e9fier, sans trop savoir pourquoi. Tout remonte en fait \u00e0 un accident \u00e0 V\u00e9nissieux en 1998 qui a vu un v\u00e9hicule de ce type objet d&rsquo;une \u00e9bullition-explosion meurtri\u00e8re. Dix ans plus tard, il n&rsquo;est pas rare de tomber \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de nos parkings, sur un avertissement interdisant l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 de tels v\u00e9hicules s&rsquo;ils ne sont pas \u00e9quip\u00e9s de soupape de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;\u00e9quipe que 140.000 v\u00e9hicules en France, et m\u00eame si son bilan \u00e9cologique n&rsquo;est pas si \u00e9vident, nos voisins europ\u00e9ens en sont pourtant fan: La Pologne est ainsi le pays le plus \u00e9quip\u00e9 (et le second au monde derri\u00e8re la Cor\u00e9e du Sud), les GPL constituent 60% du parc des v\u00e9hicules essence aux Pays-Bas et 30 % en Italie.<\/p>\n<p>Dans sa production r\u00e9cente le GPL (dit GPL-c pour GPL carburant) est issu du traitement par distillation du gaz naturel (propane, butane) et non plus du raffinage du p\u00e9trole. Pour vous donner une id\u00e9e des applications tr\u00e8s communes du GPL, c&rsquo;est tout simplement le liquide contenu dans vos briquets de type &quot;Bic&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Niveau pollution, rappelons un fait sur lequel tout le monde s&rsquo;accorde: son utilisation ne produit pas de particule, tandis que les \u00e9missions de monoxyde de carbone et de gaz carbonique (dioxyde de carbone) sont \u00e9gales ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en retrait par rapport \u00e0 un moteur diesel. Seul son stockage \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&quot;hydrocarbure l\u00e9ger liquide dans un conteneur sous pression pose probl\u00e8me, comme on l&rsquo;a vu avec l&rsquo;accident pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. <\/p>\n<p>Ici le conteneur se trouve sous la selle-pilote, contrairement \u00e0 l&#8217;emplacement du r\u00e9servoir classique, \u00e9videmment. On peut m\u00eame voir le petit manom\u00e8tre (je pr\u00e9sume) \u00e0 cadran noir qui se d\u00e9couvre une fois que l&rsquo;on escamote la selle.Tiens, je viens de trouver une nouvelle fonction &quot;protectrice&quot; \u00e0 cette roue de secours en cas de chute&#8230; <\/p>\n<p>En compl\u00e9ment d&rsquo;information, ce mono d\u00e9veloppe 30 chevaux et se d\u00e9marre au kick. Sa conso, indiqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;anglo-saxonne serait de 70 mpg (miles per gallon). Ce qui repr\u00e9sente une nette am\u00e9lioration au regard des 50 mpg qu&rsquo;affiche une XT de la fin des ann\u00e9es 70. Dave Arkhurst, son concepteur, aura fait dans son atelier du bel ouvrage; en laissant le style au garage, certes.<\/p>\n<p><a
