Dans ce qui deviendra la RDA, l\u2019usine de motos DKW qui fut dans les ann\u00e9es 20 la plus productive avec pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 1929 uniquement 60,000 motos (Harley-Davidson pr\u00e9voit sortir 240,000 motos de ses usines en 2008, mais 80 ans d\u2019histoires ont chang\u00e9s la face du monde, et les chiffres de H-D semblent presque modestes en comparaison), est \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Allemagne, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s une guerre d\u00e9vastatrice a de beaux restes, et on se les arrache. L\u2019U.R.S.S. en t\u00eate s\u2019approprie la moiti\u00e9 des r\u00e9parations de guerre allemandes, surtout le secteur de l\u2019industrie lourde, et DKW en est un des fleurons. Et m\u00eame si la production reprendra \u00e0 l\u2019usine de Zschopau en 1949 pour devenir MZ Motorrad, la guerre froide aura raison de son esprit novateur. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.muz.de\/\">MZ<\/a> qui a repris le nom RT125 pour son petit 4 temps voyait ce printemps ses investisseurs asiatiques se retirer, son avenir est donc incertain.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/.shared\/image.html?\/photos\/uncategorized\/2008\/10\/11\/271.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"470\" height=\"352\"  alt=\"271\" src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/images\/2008\/10\/11\/271.jpg\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogmoto\/files\/2012\/07\/147.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"470\" height=\"352\"  alt=\"147\" src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/images\/2008\/10\/11\/147.jpg\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, une autre usine construite par l\u2019occupant nazi au Belarus, dans la ville de Minsk, ouvrait ses portes juste avant la fin de la guerre. On y construisait des v\u00e9los et des motos. Lors du retrait allemand, l\u2019usine se vida, mais d\u00e8s qu\u2019un semblant de vie normale put reprendre en Union sovi\u00e9tique, on y construira une copie de la RT 125, avec les plans, machines, outils et m\u00eame du personnel venu d\u2019Allemagne. Cette moto simple, robuste et \u00e9conomique connue sous le nom de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.autosoviet.altervista.org\/ENGLISH-automotorusse9moto(Minsk).htm\">Moskva M1A<\/a>, verra son r\u00e8gne s\u2019\u00e9tendre sur plusieurs d\u00e9cennies avec deux usines, celle de Minsk et une autre \u00e0 Moscou, d\u2019o\u00f9 le patronyme Moskva. Une usine en Pologne fabriquera aussi des M1A pour le march\u00e9 limitrophe.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/.shared\/image.html?\/photos\/uncategorized\/2008\/10\/11\/277.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"470\" height=\"352\"  alt=\"277\" src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/images\/2008\/10\/11\/277.jpg\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Dans les ann\u00e9es 80, la seule usine de Minsk produisait jusqu\u2019\u00e0 240,000 motos par ann\u00e9e, ce qui est plut\u00f4t impressionnant, car c\u2019est, comme on vient de le voir, la production mondiale de H-D aujourd\u2019hui. La fin de l\u2019\u00e8re communiste et l\u2019ouverture vers l\u2019ouest verront la popularit\u00e9 de ces machines, toujours aussi rudimentaire d\u2019allure et de m\u00e9canique, chut\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement. <br \/>N\u2019emp\u00eache, en plus de 50 ans de production en Europe de L\u2019Est, la descendance de la petite RT 125 verra son nombre exc\u00e9der les 6 millions de motos. Et si sa popularit\u00e9 \u00e0 la \u00abbelle \u00e9poque\u00bb de l\u2019Union sovi\u00e9tique en \u00e9tait une d\u2019imp\u00e9ratif, il n\u2019\u00e9tait pas interdit de les aimer pour ce qu\u2019elles \u00e9taient.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ce qui est arriv\u00e9 au Vi\u00eat Nam dans les ann\u00e9es 70, lors de son rapprochement avec l\u2019Union sovi\u00e9tique. Avec l\u2019influence politique est venu dans sa foul\u00e9e l\u2019incitatif \u00e9conomique, et dans le cas qui nous int\u00e9resse, les Minsk 125, alias M1A, alias RT 125 Allemande.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogmoto\/files\/2012\/07\/minsk888.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"470\" height=\"173\"  alt=\"Minsk888\" src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/images\/2008\/10\/11\/minsk888.jpg\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>De nos jours, seul un \u0153il curieux peut rep\u00e9rer une Minsk dans les rues encombr\u00e9es des grands centres vietnamien, mais d\u00e8s qu\u2019on s\u2019aventure dans des environnements moins accueillants pour les deux roues, la Minsk fait son chemin et s\u2019impose toujours. Les passionn\u00e9s de cet h\u00e9ritage sovi\u00e9tique, et ils sont nombreux ayant m\u00eame un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.minskclubvietnam.com\/index.html\">Club officiel<\/a> organisant divers \u00e9v\u00e9nements sociaux et sportifs, aiment dire qu\u2019il suffit d\u2019une \u00e9tincelle, une bouff\u00e9e d\u2019air et quelques gouttes d\u2019essence pour mettre en branle cette m\u00e9canique r\u00e9duite \u00e0 sa plus simple expression.
