Le Monocyle, la Monoroue ou encore l\u2019Unicycle, il semblerait qu\u2019on ait quelques difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 lui trouver un nom propre, est due \u00e0 l\u2019esprit inventif de l\u2019artisan Rousseau de Marseille.<br \/>Cette Monoroue, comme nous la nommerons ici pour ne pas la confondre avec l\u2019Unicycle utilis\u00e9 par les jongleurs et les clowns, assit l\u2019utilisateur \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la roue, qui voit son diam\u00e8tre toucher les deux m\u00e8tres.<br \/>Le principe de base \u00e9tant sain, seules des am\u00e9liorations au niveau des mat\u00e9riaux et quelques ajustements ergonomiques marqueront son \u00e9volution.<br \/>Le mod\u00e8le Chinois vu lors des de cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie date du d\u00e9but de cette d\u00e9cennie et est d\u00e9j\u00e0 distribu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il faudra attendre une trentaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es avant qu\u2019Italien et Fran\u00e7ais comme Erich Edison-Paton et David Cislaghi y harnachent un moteur et trouve le courage d\u2019y poser les fesses. Encore l\u00e0, seule la sophistication technologique y apportera des modifications, sinon, c\u2019est le m\u00eame engin.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogmoto\/files\/2012\/07\/mono1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"470\" height=\"245\"  alt=\"Mono1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/images\/2008\/08\/26\/mono1.jpg\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Par contre, si ce machin semble d&rsquo;un autre si\u00e8cle, il n&rsquo;y a pas de contemporain plus obs\u00e9d\u00e9 par la Motoroue que l&rsquo;am\u00e9ricain <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kerrymclean.com\/\">Kerry McLean<\/a>. Depuis pr\u00e8s de 40 ans, il construit, d\u00e9truit et reconstruit ses Motoroues, avec de petits moteurs et des gros, tr\u00e8s gros m\u00eame. McLean est maintenant capable d&rsquo;atteindre et de d\u00e9passer les 80 km\/h avec son \u00abRocket Roadster\u00bb, un monstre de 400 kilos, deux m\u00e8tres de diam\u00e8tres, 225 chevaux fournis par un beau V-8, le but \u00e9tant de faire les 100 mph (160 km\/h).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/.shared\/image.html?\/photos\/uncategorized\/2008\/08\/26\/mono3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"470\" height=\"299\"  alt=\"Mono3\" src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/images\/2008\/08\/26\/mono3.jpg\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>La Motoroue est de ces inventions qui semblent terriblement excitantes du point de vue du spectateur, mais qui s&rsquo;av\u00e8re coriace \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser, surtout si elle est motoris\u00e9e. Trop d&rsquo;enthousiasme \u00e0 l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration et le pilote se retrouve les pieds au plafond, l&rsquo;effet inverse se produisant lors de freinages appuy\u00e9s, le corps subissant le sort du hamster cessant de courir, on se retrouve la t\u00eate en bas. Et \u00e7a, c&rsquo;est juste pour essayer d&rsquo;aller droit devant, il faut aussi tourner.
