Quand la ville est d\u00e9serte, comme en ce moment pour les vacances, ce sont les grands axes routiers qui sont pris d&rsquo;assaut. Impossible d&rsquo;y \u00e9chapper, les p\u00e9rils de la route nous guettent. Mieux vaut donc \u00eatre pr\u00eats \u00e0 toutes \u00e9ventualit\u00e9s, t\u00eate l\u00e9g\u00e8re s&rsquo;abstenir.<\/p>\n<p>Les scientifiques s&rsquo;y cassent les dents, mais il suffit de mettre ses fesses sur une moto et de prendre la route, qu&rsquo;instantan\u00e9ment, nous devenions invisibles pour les autres usagers de la route. C&rsquo;est magique, mais diablement dangereux, c&rsquo;est pourquoi, non seulement devons-nous savoir o\u00f9 nous allons, mais pr\u00e9voir ce que les autres feront, parfois, avant m\u00eame qu&rsquo;ils le sachent eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines r\u00e8gles de bases s&rsquo;appliquent, comme porter une attention sp\u00e9ciale aux v\u00e9hicules roulant plus lentement que les autres, car ils sont plus susceptibles de changer de direction, avec ou sans avertissement. Les espaces qui se lib\u00e8rent attirent la convoitise, s&rsquo;assurer avant de s&rsquo;y engager d&rsquo;\u00eatre le seul visant l&rsquo;endroit. Les camionnettes avec espace de chargement d\u00e9couvert sont peut-\u00eatre moins r\u00e9pandues en Europe, mais il est toujours sage de ne pas suivre de trop pr\u00e8s un v\u00e9hicule risquant de laisser tomber diff\u00e9rents objets sur la chauss\u00e9e.<br \/>Plus gros est le v\u00e9hicule, plus il est difficile pour son conducteur de bien percevoir l&rsquo;environnement o\u00f9 il se trouve. L&rsquo;Invisibilit\u00e9 du motard peut devenir ici bien r\u00e9elle, et il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de r\u00e9agir comme s&rsquo;ils ne nous voyaient pas. Une attention particuli\u00e8re aux bus et taxis en ville, les passagers en sortant ne sont pas toujours tr\u00e8s attentifs \u00e0 leur environnement.<\/p>\n<p>Et on l&rsquo;oublie trop souvent, v\u00e9rifiez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la pression des pneus de la moto, \u00e7a peut faire toute la diff\u00e9rence lors d&rsquo;un freinage d&rsquo;urgence.<br \/>Parlant de freinages, prendre l&rsquo;habitude d&rsquo;utiliser les DEUX freins, en toutes circonstances. Je sais, on devient rapidement paresseux et on n&rsquo;aime pas avoir le pied droit constamment au vent, mais c&rsquo;est comme le reste, ce qu&rsquo;on utilise pas s&rsquo;atrophie.<br \/>Pour les courbes, on freine avant, maintiens sa vitesse dedans et acc\u00e9l\u00e8re \u00e0 la sortie. S&rsquo;ils le font en course, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas meilleure m\u00e9thode. Parlant de courses, les pilotes regardent toujours o\u00f9 ils veulent aller, pas o\u00f9 ils vont. C&rsquo;est donc la m\u00eame chose pour le motard, qu&rsquo;il soit en scooter ou en R1. Rien de tel que de fixer un obstacle pour aller droit dessus.<\/p>\n<p>Les intersections sont un autre endroit probl\u00e9matique, et les arr\u00eats obligatoires souvent qu&rsquo;une simple figure de style pour certains conducteurs distraits, prudence donc.<br \/>Surveillez \u00e9galement les conducteurs venant en sens inverse \u00e0 l&rsquo;approche d&rsquo;une intersection.
