Ainsi, KTM organise des journ\u00e9es d\u2019essais permettant \u00e0 quiconque, poss\u00e9dant un permis moto, d\u2019ajouter un peu de couleur orange \u00e0 sa palette.<\/p>\n<p>Align\u00e9e contre la caravane venant des \u00c9tats-Unis, une belle brochette de Super Duke attend ceux et celles suffisamment braves pour affronter les routes du Qu\u00e9bec d\u00e9fonc\u00e9es par le d\u00e9gel en cette journ\u00e9e pluvieuse et frisquette. Mais les conditions moins qu\u2019id\u00e9ales n\u2019entament en rien la bonne humeur des participants, dont la majorit\u00e9 se presse pour refaire un autre tour, aussit\u00f4t revenu de leur premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<p>Ayant attendu que la pluie se calme avant de me pr\u00e9senter, je me suis vite fait rejoindre par ce murmure disant qu\u2019il fallait faire preuve de gentillesse avec l\u2019embrayage en premi\u00e8re, surtout pour les habitu\u00e9s des gros V-Twin am\u00e9ricain. Le Super Duke a certes du caract\u00e8re, mais il peut \u00e9galement se montrer caract\u00e9riel pour qui le prendrait \u00e0 rebrousse-poil. Le bicylindre de 999 cm3 rugit d\u2019embl\u00e9e, et d\u00e8s que le feu passe au vert, il est imm\u00e9diatement d\u2019attaque. Tr\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019aise \u00e0 haut r\u00e9gime, la conduite ac\u00e9r\u00e9e en ville convient donc tout \u00e0 fait \u00e0 sa nature. Mais les longues courbes que nous empruntons en cette journ\u00e9e ne le laisse pas d\u00e9muni pour autant, au contraire. On s\u2019y jette sans h\u00e9sitation avec plaisir et app\u00e9tit, en fait, si h\u00e9sitation il y a, c\u2019est qu\u2019on se demande si c\u2019est le pied qu\u2019il faut mettre au sol ou le genou!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/.shared\/image.html?\/photos\/uncategorized\/2008\/05\/06\/duke3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"470\" height=\"312\"  src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/images\/2008\/05\/06\/duke3.jpg\" alt=\"Duke3\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Le ramage valant bien le plumage, son allure n\u2019est donc en rien trompeuse, ses lignes tranchantes ne laissant aucun doute sur ses intentions. En anglais, on le d\u00e9signe sous le vocable de \u00ab Street Fighter \u00bb ou \u00ab Bum de bonne famille \u00bb au Qu\u00e9bec. Toutes les filles en sont folles et les gar\u00e7ons veulent tous \u00eatre son ami.
