Interrog\u00e9 lors de sa campagne \u00e9lectorale, il avait dit qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;opposait \u00e0 toutes interdiction sauf si celle-ci \u00e9tait pour raison s\u00e9curitaire. <\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est donc pour cela que la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ffmc.asso.fr\/\">FFMC<\/a> a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;agir. D&rsquo;autant plus que les seules justifications avanc\u00e9es pour interdire ce tunnel aux deux-roues motoris\u00e9s est le facteur de stress que causerait le motard sur l&rsquo;automobiliste, ainsi que le fait que le motard d\u00e9passe 2 m\u00e8tres debout sur ses reposes-pieds.<\/p>\n<p> La Commission Administrative charg\u00e9e du suivi du r\u00e8glement de ce tunnel, sollicit\u00e9e par la FFMC, a rendu, tr\u00e8s tardivement par rapport aux engagements initialement pr\u00e9vus, un avis qui maintient l&rsquo;interdiction, tout en pr\u00e9conisant en m\u00eame temps de r\u00e9examiner le probl\u00e8me de l&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9 aux 2 roues motoris\u00e9s sur la base d&rsquo;une appr\u00e9ciation en grandeur nature, avec l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration d&rsquo;un dossier de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique. Les incoh\u00e9rences de cet avis sont actuellement bloquants et Mr Dominique Bussereau a remis aux calendes grecques les travaux qui pourraient permettre de sortir de cette situation.<\/p>\n<p> C&rsquo;est pourquoi, au-del\u00e0 du courrier au Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, la FFMC a \u00e9galement demand\u00e9 aux candidats aux \u00e9lections municipales des communes du secteur g\u00e9ographique concern\u00e9 de se positionner.
