Tenu pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 1908, cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement rena\u00eet de ses cendres pour un p\u00e9riple de 35,000 km.<br \/>Avec un d\u00e9part de New York dans exactement 100 jours le 30 mai prochain, le convoi qui cette fois-ci s&rsquo;essayera aux \u00e9nergies vertes, traversera le Canada d&rsquo;est en ouest pour, une fois l&rsquo;oc\u00e9an Pacifique travers\u00e9, zigzaguer de la Chine en passant entre autres par la Russie, la Pologne et La Suisse pour terminer l&rsquo;aventure de 65 jours au pied de la tour Eiffel \u00e0 Paris le 2 ao\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque v\u00e9hicule sera \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;un GPS et suivi en temps r\u00e9el pour plus de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Pas question donc que de petits malins comme dans <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cinemovies.fr\/fiche_film.php?IDfilm=2927\">le film de Blake Edwards<\/a> avec Tony Curtis, Natalie Wood et Jack Lemmon s&rsquo;essayent aux entourloupettes. Cette fois-ci, c&rsquo;est du s\u00e9rieux, pour le plaisir, pour le sport et la science.<br \/>Plus de 30 \u00e9quipages venant d&rsquo;une dizaine de pays se lancent donc dans le \u00abtrip\u00bb d&rsquo;une vie, que ce soit le vieil excentrique, l&rsquo;aventurier pur et dur ou la classe d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiants.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/.shared\/image.html?\/photos\/uncategorized\/2008\/02\/18\/nyparis2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"470\" height=\"308\"  src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/images\/2008\/02\/18\/nyparis2.jpg\" alt=\"Nyparis2\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Question v\u00e9hicules, il y a de tout, de la Corvette 1957 au Range Rover de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, \u00e0 une Aston Martin 1967 et jusqu&rsquo;au prototype tout solaire.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogmoto\/files\/2012\/07\/buell_ulysse1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"470\" height=\"325\"  src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/images\/2008\/02\/18\/buell_ulysse1.jpg\" alt=\"Buell_ulysse1\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Un motard sera de la f\u00eate sur une <a href=\"http:\/\/www.buell.com\/fr_fr\/bikes\/adventure\/xb12x\/features.asp\">Buell Ulysses<\/a> (XB12X) roulant \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00c9thanol E85. Ce <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bioethanolcarburant.com\/\">biocarburant<\/a> compos\u00e9 de 85% d&rsquo;\u00c9thanol et de 15% d&rsquo;essence \u00e9met jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 50% moins de CO2 dans l&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re. La Buell sera donc modifi\u00e9e pour tenir compte de l&rsquo;effet corrosif&nbsp; plus accentu\u00e9 de ce carburant. Le r\u00e9servoir si particulier des Buell sera revu, tout comme les conduites et les injecteurs.
