Suivant les recommandations du Conseil G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Ponts et Chauss\u00e9es, le contr\u00f4le technique des motos devrait se mettre en place pour le second semestre 2009 via les centres auto.<\/p>\n<p>Peu avare en paradoxe, ce rapport reconnait pourtant ne pas \u00eatre en mesure de d\u00e9montrer le lien entre \u00e9tat du v\u00e9hicule et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des deux-roues. Il attribue l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la pollution automobile \u00e0 la mise en place du contr\u00f4le technique auto, en &quot;oubliant&quot; au passage le r\u00f4le primordial des normes europ\u00e9ennes. Enfin, il sugg\u00e8re qu\u2019un contr\u00f4le technique permettrait de garantir les transactions entre particuliers sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019occasion. Il omet en cela qu\u2019il existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 une garantie l\u00e9gale (contre les vices cach\u00e9s) qui joue entre particuliers et qu\u2019un contr\u00f4le volontaire est toujours possible chez un concessionnaire moto.<\/p>\n<p> La d\u00e9cision politique de mettre en place un contr\u00f4le technique moto pourrait \u00eatre prise dans les semaines qui viennent \u00e0 l\u2019occasion d\u2019une r\u00e9union du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.securiteroutiere.equipement.gouv.fr\/infos-ref\/politique\/organisation\/cisr\/\">CISR<\/a> (Conseil Interminist\u00e9riel de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Routi\u00e8re). Pourtant, cette question est loin de faire l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 y compris chez les professionnels. En l\u2019absence de justification s\u00e9rieuse, et face au co\u00fbt attendu, la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ffmc.asso.fr\">FFMC<\/a> r\u00e9affirme son opposition \u00e0 la mise en place d\u2019un contr\u00f4le technique pour les motos qui ne serait qu\u2019une contrainte bureaucratique de plus sans b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du point de vue de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ni de l\u2019environnement. <\/p>\n<p> Au del\u00e0, la FFMC d\u00e9nonce le d\u00e9veloppement progressif d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du contr\u00f4le qui d\u00e9responsabilise les citoyens.
