Un bel exemple de cet attachement est le parcours de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.craigvetter.com\/\">Graig Vetter<\/a>. Vetter est un des pionniers de ce que l&rsquo;on pourrait nommer, le pare-brise complet pour moto.<br \/>C&rsquo;est apr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes en design industriel, alors qu&rsquo;il entreprend un long p\u00e9riple sur sa Yamaha 305, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;aper\u00e7oit qu&rsquo;une protection contre le vent rendait la route beaucoup plus agr\u00e9able, surtout pour quelqu&rsquo;un souhaitant aller loin, longtemps. Il cr\u00e9a donc un prototype de car\u00e9nage, fit un peu de pub, et le temps aidant, conjuguer avec l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9, en cette fin des ann\u00e9es 60, de plus grosses cylindr\u00e9es, les affaires d\u00e9coll\u00e8rent.<\/p>\n<p>En fait, l&rsquo;entreprise allait tellement bien, que les diff\u00e9rents constructeurs d\u00e9cid\u00e8rent d&rsquo;inclure eux-m\u00eames ce type de protection dans leur catalogue, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rant ainsi un march\u00e9 de plus en plus lucratif.<br \/>Flairant la fin d&rsquo;une \u00e9poque, il se d\u00e9partit alors, apr\u00e8s une d\u00e9cennie de succ\u00e8s, de ses actifs dans la compagnie qu&rsquo;il avait b\u00e2tie, et se consacra \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux design et produits.<br \/>Et une de ses derni\u00e8res nouveaut\u00e9s, est un scooter, mais rien de comparable \u00e0 son premier <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hobbytech.com\/\">Cushman<\/a> sur lequel il s&rsquo;\u00e9tait amus\u00e9, gamin, \u00e0 faire un car\u00e9nage en <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Papier_m%C3%A2ch%C3%A9\">papier m\u00e2ch\u00e9<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/.shared\/image.html?\/photos\/uncategorized\/2008\/01\/09\/step_1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"470\" height=\"135\"  src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/images\/2008\/01\/09\/step_1.jpg\" alt=\"Step_1\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Maintenant, c&rsquo;est le mariage de l&rsquo;id\u00e9e du scooter avec la d\u00e9mesure \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9ricaine. Prenant un Sportster de Harley Davidson, il le d\u00e9pouille de son cadre et greffe la majorit\u00e9 de ces composantes sur un nouveau cadre, plus g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, repens\u00e9 pour une position de conduite de style scooter.<br \/>Pourquoi pas? Surtout qu&rsquo;avec l&rsquo;ensemble r\u00e9tro complet nomm\u00e9 Torp\u00e9do, c&rsquo;est d\u00e9j\u00e0, avant m\u00eame de lancer le moteur, tout un voyage dans le temps.<br \/>L&rsquo;ensemble de transformation, incluant le cadre et quelques c\u00e2bles est disponible sous deux appellations diff\u00e9rentes, sois le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scootster.com\/\">Scootster<\/a> et le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.defiantscooter.com\/\">Defiant<\/a>, mais c&rsquo;est exactement la m\u00eame chose.
