
Nissan has announced it will recall 130,000 Navarra pick-up to modify the software that controls the deployment of the airbags during a frontal impact.
The new modification made to the airbag control unit aims at improving its efficiency during collision. The concerned vehicles have been built between January 2005 and May 2007.
The reprogramming work should take no more than 20 minutes for which there will be no charge and Nissan will contact owners and will ask them to return their vehicle to their nearest Nissan Dealer.
