They\u2019ll use the FCX as an ordinary vehicle for everyday\u2019s commute, in <\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">California<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">. <\/span><\/span><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Reducing pollution is a big concern in <\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">California<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">, and last April, Governor <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/theblog\/archive\/doug-heller\/arnold-w-schwarzenegger_3391.html#emailthispost\">Arnold Schwarzenegger<\/a> announced the state\u2019s commitment to a <\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Hydrogen Highway <\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">built underway by 2010 with both public and private money. Without this, the delivery of a fuel cell vehicle would not have been possible. The fleet will be extended to 13 cars throughout the <\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">USA.<br \/><\/span><\/span><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Spallino\u2019s invaluable experience will help Honda develop this technology. The FCX is the only vehicle certified by US <a href=\"http:\/\/spaces.msn.com\/members\/lastliberal\/Blog\/cns!1pkAlpUeLQX-nmj6w5lyseSQ!1733.entry\">EPA<\/a> (environmental protection agency)<span>&nbsp; <\/span>and CARB (<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">California<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u2019s air resource board) .
