Reliability should benefit from this.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Moreover, <\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.driversdrive.com\/cgi-bin\/ddblog.pl?ddblog=66531051\">Toyota<\/a> <\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">has developed a new filtration device called D-Cat, which, along with the engine improvements quoted above, helps drastically reduce pollution, without any specific maintenance. <span lang=\"EN-GB\">Toyota <\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">claims the Avensis 2.2 D-Cat has the lowest combined NOX and PM emission rates in the market.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span>Why does the D-Cat remain optional then? Besides, it&#8217;s not even available on the lower 2.2.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span>Apart from that, we notice the installation a new sound-proof windshield and a 6-speed gearbox.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Japanese carmaker <\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">has paid great attention to reducing maintenance costs, with an oil exchange every 18,000 miles. Let\u2019s remark that the D4D still accepts even mineral oil.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span>On the other hand, there still is a timing-belt, which needs replacement every 60,000 miles.
