Volvo takes the opportunity to launch its new design direction with the XC60. The overall shape is more dynamic, more animal and it\u2019s hard to believe that ten years ago, Volvo models were merely boxes on wheels.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/petrol-head\/files\/2012\/07\/2008_xc60_121.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"470\" height=\"284\"  alt=\"2008_xc60_12\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/petrol-head\/files\/2012\/07\/2008_xc60_12.jpg\" style=\"margin: 0px 5px 5px 0px;float: left\" \/><\/a> Like any new Volvo, the XC60 comes with a new safety device, called City Safety, which reduces collision risks. The XC 60 will be powered by a petrol engine or by two diesel engine.
